Since the end of September this year, we have been receiving multiple reports of emails impersonating Shimano.
Similarly, there have been an increasing number of "Emotet" virus cases in Japan since 2019, which have also been reported globally.
We apologize for any inconveniences and risks caused by the impersonation emails.
Overtime, these emails have become more complex and are finding ways past virus detection software.
If you do receive a suspicious email, please DO NOT open the email or any of the attached files, and DELETE IMMEDIATELY.
