“Shimano Trail Born Fund” is a global initiative that commits $10 million over 10 years to support MTB trail building projects around the world, with the goal of expanding and preserving MTB trails. The initiative has also been actively supporting projects in Japan. In 2026, two sites were selected as the first projects selected for support in Japan: Mountain
Bike Forest KOBE in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, and Minoh Todoromi MTB Field in Minoh, Osaka Prefecture.
